A Little About Me
Hello, my name is Thomas Atkins. I live in Dallas, TX, where I work as a special education teacher and also run Red River Striping & Parking Lot Services. Teaching has always been my calling, but I’ve also had a passion for working with my hands and building something I can take pride in.
How It All Started
My journey into striping and pressure washing began years ago during my summer breaks from college. What started as part-time work quickly turned into something I loved. I realized there was a real need for reliable, detail-oriented service in parking lot maintenance—and that’s where I found my place.
My Approach
What sets me apart is simple: attention to detail and pride in my work. I don’t believe in cutting corners. Every project—whether it’s a fresh set of parking lot lines, fire lane striping, or pressure washing a sidewalk—gets the same care and precision as if it were my own property. My goal is always to meet and exceed expectations, both yours and mine.
Why I Do This
I truly enjoy being able to serve my community in two ways:
In the classroom—helping students grow, learn, and reach their full potential.
In the field—helping property owners keep their lots, sidewalks, and driveways safe, clean, and welcoming.
For me, it’s about making a positive impact—whether in education or through the work I do with Red River
